Digital Assets & Final Sales All sales of digital products, including but not limited to Scriptable Concepts, Anomaly Editions, Origin Editions, and DIY Blueprints, are final. Due to the immediate, non-recoverable nature of digital file delivery, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered to your account.

Consulting & Diagnostic Services Fees for the 72-Hour Concept Development Session are non-refundable once the intake process has commenced. By submitting your 1,000-word materials and receiving your first structural feedback, you acknowledge that the service has been rendered in full.

Commitment to Quality We stand by the structural integrity of every blueprint we publish. If you find that your purchased product does not meet your expectations or fails to deliver the narrative value described, please contact us via the storefront contact form or by replying to your order confirmation email. While we do not offer automated refunds, we are committed to ensuring our blueprints provide the foundation you need. We are happy to review your concerns and, where appropriate, provide additional structural guidance, alternative concept angles, or a corrective asset replacement to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

Technical Issues & Support If you experience a genuine technical failure - such as a corrupted file download or a delivery error that prevents you from accessing your purchased asset - contact the Seller within 3 days of purchase. We will provide a direct, functional replacement file or a corrective link to ensure you receive the product you purchased.
